Privacy Policy
Pomi Games apps, including “Matcha Mahjong: Tea Garden”. Effective 23 October 2026 (game version 0.5.3).
1. Who processes the data
Data controller: Mongush Polina Tumen-Mergenovna, an individual, owner of the Pomi Games developer accounts on RuStore and Google Play.

This policy follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and applies to all Pomi Games apps on Android (RuStore, Google Play and other stores).
2. In short
- We do not ask for your name, phone, email or an account. You can play without registration and offline.
- Game progress (levels, coins, settings) is stored on your phone.
- The game is free and supported by ads: VK Ads in the RuStore version, the Appodeal network in the Google Play version. Personalised ads only with your consent; without it the ads are not personalised.
- We receive game statistics only with your consent. You can change it at any time: Settings → Data consent.
- The weekly tournament is optional: only a name the game suggests (you can change it) and your points go to the table.
3. What data is processed and why

We do not collect precise location (GPS), contacts, photos, files or the microphone. Reminder notifications are created on the phone and only with your permission.
4. Legal basis
- Statistics, tournament participation and personalised ads: your consent (Art. 6 and 9 of Law No. 152-FZ).
- Showing non-personalised ads: performance of the user agreement, the game is free because it shows ads (Art. 6(1)(5) of Law No. 152-FZ).
5. Who receives the data and where it is stored
Statistics and tournament data are processed by Google LLC (USA) as our Firebase service provider. The tournament table is stored in the European Union (region eur3). This is a cross-border transfer made only with your consent. Google processes the data under its own rules: Google Privacy Policy, Privacy and Security in Firebase.
Ads in the RuStore version are served by VK LLC (VK Ads), data is processed in Russia: VK Ads Privacy Policy. Ads in the Google Play version are served by Appodeal, Inc. (USA) through the ad networks it works with; this is a cross-border transfer: Appodeal Privacy Policy. We block casino, betting, crypto investment and 18+ ads in the ad networks' settings.
We do not sell data and do not share it with anyone else, except where required by law.
6. Retention
Statistics are kept in Firebase for no longer than 14 months. Tournament rows are kept for no longer than one year. Data on the phone is deleted with the game or when its data is cleared.
7. Your rights
- Withdraw or change consent: in the game, Settings → Data consent. From then on no statistics are sent and ads are not personalised. You can reset or turn off the advertising ID in the phone settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
- Request information, correction or deletion of your data (including your tournament row): write to pomigames.help@gmail.com. We reply within 10 working days.
- Complain to the Russian data protection authority (Roskomnadzor) if you believe your rights were violated.
8. Children
The game is rated 12+. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children under 14. If a child plays on a parent’s device, the parent should give consent for statistics and the tournament. If you believe we received a child’s data, write to us and we will delete it.
9. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections. The tournament table is protected by access rules: each player can change only their own row.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The new version is published on this page with its date. If the purposes or the data change (for example, ads appear), the game will ask for consent again.
