Terms of Use

1. Parties

The games are distributed under the Pomi Games brand. The other party to these terms is Mongush Polina Tumen-Mergenovna, a private individual in the Russian Federation who holds the developer accounts in RuStore and Google Play. Contact: pomigames.help@gmail.com.

By installing or launching a game you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the game. The Russian version prevails in case of discrepancies.

2. Licence

You get a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use the game on your own devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Restrictions

• Do not sell, rent or distribute the game or its parts (graphics, music, levels) without permission.
• Do not decompile or modify the game, and do not bypass ads or protection, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Do not use the game to break the law or infringe the rights of others.

4. Ads and in-game items

The game is free and shows ads from the Yandex Advertising Network. Some rewards can be earned by choosing to watch an ad. Coins, boosters and other in-game items have no monetary value. They cannot be bought or sold for money, exchanged for money, or moved between devices. If paid purchases are added later, separate terms will be published for them.

5. Data

How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

The game is provided “as is”. We try to make it work without errors but cannot guarantee this on every device. We may change the game, its balance, levels and ads, or stop supporting it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost progress, for example after uninstalling the game or clearing its data. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

7. Changes and disputes

New versions of these terms are published on this page with their date. If you keep playing, you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. We first try to settle any dispute by email at the address above.
